1. Introduction

Pilota est une application de météo marine et d'aide à la pêche, éditée par Norstrol LLC. Nous respectons votre vie privée et nous nous engageons à protéger vos données conformément au RGPD et aux réglementations en vigueur.

2. Données collectées

Nous collectons uniquement :

un surnom choisi par vous (facultatif) ;
un identifiant anonyme généré sur votre appareil ;
les prises que vous partagez, avec leur photo si vous en ajoutez une (la position et les informations de l'appareil sont retirées de la photo) ;
vos réactions et vos commentaires publiés dans la communauté ;
votre ville ou le point de pêche choisi ;
le produit et le numéro de commande d'un achat ;
votre adresse IP, traitée temporairement pour protéger le service contre les abus.

Nous ne collectons pas votre nom réel, votre numéro de téléphone, votre position GPS en arrière-plan ni vos données bancaires. Votre adresse email nous parvient seulement si vous nous écrivez.

3. Utilisation des données

Afficher vos prises, réactions et commentaires dans la communauté.
Modérer la communauté : filtrer les contenus, traiter les signalements, avertir ou suspendre un appareil en cas d'abus.
Fournir les prévisions de votre ville et personnaliser l'application.

4. Services tiers

Nous ne vendons jamais vos données personnelles. Nous utilisons des prestataires pour faire fonctionner le service :

Stormglass et Open-Meteo : vagues, vent et prévisions marines ;
WorldTides : marées ;
OpenStreetMap : cartographie ;
Google : publicité (AdMob), paiements (Google Play), voix du bulletin et vérification automatique des photos (Gemini) ;
Supabase et Render : stockage et serveur ;
GitHub : copie de sauvegarde privée, pour éviter la perte des données.

Les services de prévision reçoivent les coordonnées de la ville ou du point choisi et, comme tout service sur internet, l'adresse IP de la connexion lorsque l'application les appelle directement.

5. Publicité

L'application affiche des publicités Google AdMob, personnalisées ou non selon votre pays et votre choix. Là où la loi l'exige, votre consentement est demandé et reste modifiable dans l'application. Les abonnés Pilota Plus et les personnes qui soutiennent l'application ne voient pas de publicité pendant la durée prévue. Règles de Google : policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Abonnements et soutiens

Les paiements sont traités par le magasin d'applications. Nous ne recevons jamais vos données bancaires. Vous gérez ou résiliez votre abonnement depuis votre compte du magasin d'applications.

7. Notifications

Si vous activez le bulletin du soir, l'application envoie à notre serveur les coordonnées de la ville choisie, jamais votre position GPS.

8. Sécurité et conservation

Les communications sont chiffrées (HTTPS/TLS).
Les données sont conservées tant que vous utilisez le service, y compris dans nos copies de sauvegarde.
Vous pouvez corriger ou supprimer vos prises et supprimer vos commentaires depuis l'application.
Pour une suppression complète, écrivez-nous.

Supprimer vos données de Pilota

Dans l'application, vous pouvez supprimer vos prises et vos commentaires à tout moment. Pour supprimer tout le reste, écrivez à support@pilotaapp.com en indiquant votre surnom, votre ville et la date d'une de vos prises. Nous effaçons vos prises, photos, commentaires et réactions sous 30 jours, y compris dans nos copies de sauvegarde. Les données d'achat que la loi nous oblige à garder sont conservées le temps nécessaire.

9. Vos droits

Vous pouvez demander l'accès à vos données, leur rectification, leur effacement et leur portabilité en écrivant à support@pilotaapp.com.

10. Modifications et contact

Cette politique peut évoluer ; en cas de changement important, nous vous en informerons dans l'application. Contact : support@pilotaapp.com.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع سوى ما يلي:

اسم مستعار تختارونه، وهو اختياري؛
معرّف مجهول يُنشأ على جهازكم؛
حصيلة الصيد التي تشاركونها، مع صورتها إن أضفتموها، بعد حذف الموقع ومعلومات الجهاز من الصورة؛
تفاعلاتكم وتعليقاتكم المنشورة في المجتمع؛
المدينة أو نقطة الصيد التي تختارونها؛
اسم المنتج ورقم الطلب عند الشراء؛
عنوان IP، ونعالجه مؤقتاً لحماية الخدمة من الإساءة.

لا نجمع اسمكم الحقيقي ولا رقم هاتفكم ولا موقعكم الجغرافي في الخلفية ولا بياناتكم البنكية. ولا يصلنا بريدكم الإلكتروني إلا إذا راسلتمونا.

3. استخدام البيانات

عرض حصيلتكم وتفاعلاتكم وتعليقاتكم في المجتمع.
الإشراف على المجتمع: تصفية المحتوى، ومعالجة البلاغات، وإنذار الجهاز أو إيقافه عند الإساءة.
تقديم توقعات مدينتكم وتخصيص التطبيق.

4. الخدمات الخارجية

لا نبيع بياناتكم الشخصية أبداً. ونستعين بمزوّدي خدمات لتشغيل التطبيق:

Stormglass وOpen-Meteo: الأمواج والرياح والتوقعات البحرية؛
WorldTides: المدّ والجزر؛
OpenStreetMap: الخرائط؛
Google: الإعلانات (AdMob) والدفع (Google Play) وصوت النشرة والتحقق الآلي من الصور (Gemini)؛
Supabase وRender: التخزين والخادم؛
GitHub: نسخة احتياطية خاصة لتفادي ضياع البيانات.

تتلقى خدمات التوقعات إحداثيات المدينة أو النقطة المختارة، وعنوان IP الخاص بالاتصال عندما يتصل بها التطبيق مباشرة، كما هو الحال في أي خدمة على الإنترنت.

5. الإعلانات

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات Google AdMob، وقد تكون مخصّصة أو غير مخصّصة بحسب بلدكم واختياركم. وحيث يشترط القانون ذلك، تُطلب موافقتكم، ويمكنكم تغييرها من التطبيق. ولا تظهر الإعلانات لمشتركي Pilota Plus ولمن يدعمون التطبيق طوال المدة المحددة. قواعد Google: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. الاشتراكات والدعم

يتولى متجر التطبيقات معالجة عمليات الدفع، ولا نتلقى بياناتكم البنكية أبداً. ويمكنكم إدارة اشتراككم أو إلغاؤه من حسابكم في متجر التطبيقات.

7. الإشعارات

إذا فعّلتم نشرة المساء، يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا إحداثيات المدينة التي اخترتموها، ولا يرسل موقعكم الجغرافي أبداً.

8. الأمان والاحتفاظ بالبيانات

الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS).
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال استخدامكم للخدمة، بما في ذلك في نسخنا الاحتياطية.
يمكنكم تعديل حصيلتكم أو حذفها، وحذف تعليقاتكم، من التطبيق.

حذف بياناتكم من Pilota

يمكنكم حذف حصيلتكم وتعليقاتكم من التطبيق في أي وقت. ولحذف باقي البيانات، راسلونا على support@pilotaapp.com مع ذكر اسمكم المستعار ومدينتكم وتاريخ إحدى حصائلكم. ونحذف حصيلتكم وصوركم وتعليقاتكم وتفاعلاتكم خلال 30 يوماً، بما في ذلك نسخنا الاحتياطية. أما بيانات الشراء التي يُلزمنا القانون بحفظها فنحتفظ بها المدة اللازمة.

9. حقوقكم

يمكنكم طلب الاطلاع على بياناتكم أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو نقلها بمراسلتنا على support@pilotaapp.com.

10. التعديلات والتواصل

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Pilota is a marine weather and fishing app published by Norstrol LLC. We respect your privacy and protect your data in line with the GDPR and applicable regulations.

2. Data we collect

We only collect:

a nickname you choose (optional);
an anonymous identifier generated on your device;
the catches you share, with their photo if you add one (location and device details are removed from the photo);
your reactions and comments published in the community;
your chosen city or fishing point;
the product and order number of a purchase;
your IP address, processed temporarily to protect the service against abuse.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, background GPS location or banking details. We only receive your email address if you write to us.

3. How we use data

To show your catches, reactions and comments in the community.
To moderate the community: filtering content, handling reports, and warning or suspending a device in case of abuse.
To provide forecasts for your city and personalize the app.

4. Third-party services

We never sell your personal data. We use providers to run the service:

Stormglass and Open-Meteo: waves, wind and marine forecasts;
WorldTides: tides;
OpenStreetMap: maps;
Google: advertising (AdMob), payments (Google Play), bulletin voice and automatic photo checks (Gemini);
Supabase and Render: storage and server;
GitHub: a private backup copy, to prevent data loss.

Forecast services receive the coordinates of the chosen city or point and, like any internet service, the connection's IP address when the app calls them directly.

5. Advertising

The app shows Google AdMob ads, personalized or not depending on your country and your choice. Where the law requires it, your consent is requested and can be changed in the app. Pilota Plus subscribers and people who support the app do not see ads for the period provided. Google's rules: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Subscriptions and support payments

Payments are handled by the app store. We never receive your banking details. You manage or cancel your subscription from your app store account.

7. Notifications

If you enable the evening bulletin, the app sends our server the coordinates of your chosen city, never your GPS location.

8. Security and retention

Communications are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
Data is kept while you use the service, including in our backup copies.
You can correct or delete your catches and delete your comments in the app.
For complete deletion, write to us.

Delete your Pilota data

You can delete your catches and comments in the app at any time. To delete everything else, write to support@pilotaapp.com with your nickname, your city and the date of one of your catches. We erase your catches, photos, comments and reactions within 30 days, including in our backup copies. Purchase data that the law requires us to keep is retained for as long as necessary.

9. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability by writing to support@pilotaapp.com.
